Ezinne Eze-Ajoku

Ezinne Eze-Ajoku, MD, MPH, DrPH is an experienced management consultant, healthcare strategist, and business transformation expert with a track record advising organizations on strategic growth, operational efficiency, and change market.

She works at the international management consulting firm A-connect, where she serves as a project manager and leads strategic initiatives focused on business transformation and operational improvements. Before this, she was a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising C-suite executives on business optimization, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and large-scale transformation projects across various industries.

Her expertise extends to healthcare policy and strategy, having served in the office of the Minister of State for Health Nigeria, spearheading national quality improvement initiatives and healthcare governance reforms. She also served as an Advisor at the Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation, leading the development of the first National Quality Healthcare Strategy in collaboration with multiple cross-sectoral key stakeholders to enhance healthcare delivery in Nigeria.

Ezinne holds a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) in Health Management & Leadership from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, an MPH in Health Policy & Management from Harvard University, and an MBBS (MD Equivalent) from Igbinedion University, Okada. She also holds an Executive Certificate in Healthcare Leadership and Management from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
