Estelle Kone is an investment banker and business leader with over a decade of experience at Goldman Sachs, where she has held multiple leadership roles across investment banking, market risk, and quantitative modeling.
She has served as a Vice President, Investment Banking Quantitative Strategist at Goldman Sachs where she specialized in designing models to support complex investment decisions and optimize market strategies. Over the past 11 years, she held key positions within Goldman Sachs, including Vice President roles in Market Risk Quantitative Strategy and Controllers Quantitative Modeling, where she led quantitative modeling initiatives to assess market exposure, portfolio risk, and financial optimization.
Estelle’s expertise extends beyond financial markets into data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and business intelligence. She has advised on high-stakes financial transactions, leveraging her ability to translate complex quantitative insights into strategic business actions.
Estelle holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also earned an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo, where she became a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Additionally, she holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain Management from the Université de Technologie de Troyes in France.
An advocate for women in engineering and STEM education, Estelle mentors and supports initiatives aimed at increasing diversity in tech and finance.
