Uzo Osikhena

Uzo Osikhena is a seasoned leader in the healthcare industry with a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and high-performing teams across diverse markets, including North America, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

She is the Managing Partner at The Lisben Group, a boutique management consulting firm specializing in healthcare strategy, process optimization, and strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Uzo served as Deputy Director, Africa, at Aspen Management Partnership for Health (AMP Health), where she worked closely with Ministries of Health to advance universal health coverage. She was also a Senior Program Manager at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, leading critical health-focused interventions.

Earlier in her career, Uzo held consulting and leadership roles at Accenture, where she advised global organizations on strategy and program execution. Her experience spans both public and private sector engagements, with previous roles at Endeavor, URL Pharma, Stryker, and Black & Decker.

Uzo holds an MBA from The Wharton School, where she was President of the Wharton Africa Student Association, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Delaware.
