Ezinne is a seasoned healthcare strategist and business transformation expert with extensive experience advising organizations on strategic growth, operational efficiency, and healthcare policy.
She presently leads projects at a-connect where she drives critical, complex client initiatives, leveraging her extensive experience in strategy development, new product launches, change management, and large-scale transformations.
As a former consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), she worked closely with C-suite executives to drive large-scale transformation projects across several industries.
She has also worked extensively in the public health sector, where she led national quality improvement initiatives and capacity development for frontline workers.
With a Doctorate in healthcare management and leadership (DrPH) from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, an MPH in health policy & management from Harvard University, and an MBBS from Igbinedion University, Ezinne brings a powerful blend of medical expertise, public health strategy, and business acumen to the team.
